Appraisal Service: What we will do! We will be honest.   We will give advice on how to improve the value of the property if the client requests that service.   We will be there to answer questions and concerns the client may have.   If, during our initial research, it appears that what the client thinks the property is worth and what we see as the range of value in the neighborhood are very far apart, we will contact the client.   We will testify regarding our appraisal when necessary.   We stand behind our work.
