Joanna has a B.A. from Ithaca College with majors in English, History and Education and graduate work in English and business at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York
Joanna started Conde Appraisal Associates in November 1988 in Sun City, Arizona.
Joanna has specialized in the Sun Cities and other west side retirement communities, western Maricopa County and the central Phoenix corridor.
Joanna provides appraisals for trusts, estates, fiduciaries, divorces, and takes on assignments where there is no "selling price" to meet...where the clients really want to know the value of the property.
Joanna also works for Appraisal Management Companies for mortgage lending.
Joanna apprenticed under John Stanwix of Morgan and Stanwix, an appraisal firm in Rochester, New York.
Prior to becoming an appraiser Ms. Conde was the director of marketing and personnel for a 17 unit Burger King franchise in upstate New York. She was involved in the acquisition of property in order for the franchise to expand and that led her to appraising.
Ms. Conde is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Arizona and therefore can appraise residential properties of any value.
Ms. Conde is also an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
Ms. Conde has served on the Board of Adjustments and the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Peoria.
Ms. Conde has taken extensive appraisal coursework over the past twenty years and will provide a full resume upon request.
Joanna founded and is president of the Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers. This is the largest association of real estate appraisers in Arizona with over 500 members.
Joanna also is the owner and president of Arizona Appraisers State Conference, LLC, which has become a source of real estate appraisal classes and conferences in Arizona.
